Just heard an album called "The Nashville Acoustic Sessions" on CMH label -
excellent all the way through : Raul Malo -lead singer, Pat Flynn on guitar - mandolin, Rob Ickes on Dobrol&slide guitar, Dave Pomroy -bass, Lenny Castrol -drummer, with backup vocals by Siedah Garrett, Jim Hoke onharmonica.
It's all covers - quite an eclectic bunch of songs -
including a beautiful version of "Hot Burrito #1" which Gram wrote with Chris Etheridge. This CD is due out very soon. Will post the date soon as I get that info.

The CD is out - is available... I bought two at Tower Records last summer.
